A smooth day starts with a clear meeting point and an on-time departure.

Pigsy Travel tours depart from a confirmed pickup point in central Melbourne. The exact meeting location and final departure time will be provided before travel.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the confirmed departure time. This gives everyone enough time to check in, get settled and leave the city on schedule.

Return times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather, attraction opening hours and seasonal schedules.

For tours such as Phillip Island, return times can change throughout the year because the Penguin Parade follows sunset.

If there is any important change to the meeting point or departure time, guests will be contacted before the tour.

We recommend checking your booking confirmation carefully and keeping your phone available on the day of travel.
